Fees & Payment

Our fees are very much less than an architect in Cornwall would normally charge – as little as half the recommended fees which used to be set out by the Royal Institution of British Architects.

Fees can start at a few hundred pounds for small projects – and none is too small for us to quote for.

Payment: we normally expect payment within a week of the presentation of invoices, which will nearly always be accompanied by the plans for the particular stage of the project.

We do not accept credit cards but are happy to accept cheques and PayPal payments as well as payments made by electronic transfer for clients with internet banking facilities.

Our first visit is always free as is the following short report which will set out fees.

Provided the project is within 50 miles radius of Truro, we do not charge for mileage, nor do we charge for the provision of paper copies of plans unless you ask for additional sets for tendering purposes when a small charge is made.

There may also be a charge for Ordnance Survey copyright fees if we have to procure site plans.
